We had such an amazing newborn photoshoot experience with Something Meaningful. Brittany was excellent with all of us. She had great communication and made booking everything in so easy, especially during such a busy time of year (I was due 5 days before Christmas and our little girl arrived nearly two weeks late!). She was so patient, kind and professional throughout the whole experience. The love and passion Britt has for her work is amazing. As first-time parents who had never had professional photos taken before, it meant so much to have someone who made us feel so comfortable during the shoot. She captured the most beautiful photos of us and our baby girl, memories we will treasure forever. The one-on-one care from the initial photoshoot through to viewing the gallery was seamless and so accommodating. She really ensured we received quality photos over quantity. We also received the cutest package with our photos and prints, which made everything even more special. We are so grateful to have these everlasting memories. We had our newborn shoot with Brit and loved her work (and her) so much we had another shoot when our son was one. We love how relaxed Brit's shoots are and how comfortable she makes us feel. They don't feel posed and unnatural, and the beautiful pictures we got are a testament to that. We took our dog along to the 2nd shoot and Brit was fantastic with her and our 1 year old. I wish I could give Brittany more stars!!! She was absolutely amazing! She captured the bond and love between my 2 little ones and honestly thats all I wanted! I had a great experience doing a newborn photoshoot for my first baby. So much so that I made sure to get a newborn shoot for my second! Brit made us feel so comfortable and she is very experienced. She knows how to capture the perfect images and gave us memories that we can now keep forever. She is great with babies/children and is easy to communicate with. Britt is a genuine gem of a photographer and human. My family and I have been lucky and extremely blessed to have found Britt before she finishes up for the year and have a newborn photo session with our 3 week old. The session was extremely relaxed and easygoing for our non photogenic and awkward/shy family. Our newborn was comfortable throughout the session and there was no rush to move quickly or pressure to pose in any particular way. Our amazing experience with Britt was further fortified with our relaxed viewing and ordering session, no obligation or pressure to purchase x amount of images or particular products. She streamlined the process by assisting us and providing her thoughts and working with us through ours. We loved every minute of the entire process from pre shoot to the photoshoot to the ordering and viewing; so much so that my husband has agreed to return with our newborn when he turns 1 for the cake smash photos. If you are looking for a newborn or family photographer who means well, takes beautiful photos and can strike up any conversation and make you comfortable in front of the camera, look no further. Our Christmas session with Brittany was really enjoyable for our whole family. She has a beautiful manner with kids, our toddler is usually quite shy and started out the session this way, but by the end Brittany had him dancing. The resulting photos brought out his absolute best - we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results.
