By booking a session with Something Meaningful Photography, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Attendance

• All decision makers are attend both the photography session and the purchasing appointment.

2. Session Fees

• Your non-refundable session fee is due at the time of booking to secure your date.
• Session fees do not include any printed photo products and/or digital images unless specified.

3. Pricing

• Prices are non-negotiable and subject to change without notice. However, product prices are guaranteed for six months from your booking date.
• In the event of a pricing error on the website, online ordering system or materials, Phototgrapher reserves the right to cancel any orders made at the incorrect price. If a pricing error occurs, you will be notified you as soon as possible and provided the option to proceed with the correct pricing or cancel your order.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 2 days’ notice without an additional charge.
• Rescheduling within 2 days of your session or last-minute cancellations will incur a $150 reschedule fee to secure the next booking.
• Session fees can be transferred once for a rescheduled session. If a second rescheduling is required, a $150 fee will apply.
• No refunds will apply to cancelled sessions, but credit for funds paid may be used for a future booking, subject to current pricing and availability.

5. Refunds and Returns

• Due to the custom nature of photography, no refunds will be issued for session fees, orders, or pre-payments.
• If photo products are defective, they must be returned to Something Meaningful Photography for assessment. If deemed defective, a replacement will be issued. No warranty applies to products damaged due to misuse or inadequate handling unless specified.
• Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

6. Orders and Delivery

• Orders for photo products cannot be cancelled once placed. Production times may vary, and delivery is estimated at 4-8 weeks. No partial orders will be shipped.

7. Promotional Offers

• Promotions or discounted rates are not retroactive and are only honoured according to availability and do not apply to sessions already booked or prepaid.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers and are not transferable or redeemable for cash or products.

8. Conduct

• Disrespectful behavior toward the photographer or equipment will result in immediate session cancellation without refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse any service or sale to anyone at any time.

9. Liability

• Photography sessions may involve physical activity. Clients must inform the photographer of any injuries, allergies, or circumstances that may affect their safety or comfort during the session. Participation is at the client’s own risk, and Something Meaningful Photography will not be held liable for any injuries or illness sustained during the session.

10. Copyright and Usage

• All images are the intellectual property of Brittany Evans, trading as Something Meaningful Photography. Images may not be used for commercial purposes without written consent.
• Clients may use purchased images for personal use only. Printing beyond the provided resolution or altering images is prohibited.

11. Privacy

• We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties or other organizations without consent.

12. Agreement

• By booking with Something Meaningful Photography, you agree to these terms and conditions.
