photography Session Locations

Where to have your session is such a personal decision and should really reflect your family’s personality.

There are certainly a few factors to consider when choosing your session location, including time of year, weather, and of course desired look & feel of your final images.

Newborn, Baby & Cake Smash sessions are held in studio, while Maternity & Family sessions can also be done outdoors.

I have a handful of preferred locations for all my outdoor sessions. Whether its the beach, the botanic gardens or local park, there is somewhere to suit the feel and look for every session. Outdoor sessions usually take place around an hour before sunset.

THE STUDIO

The studio is ideal for creating beautiful light and airy portraits. It is all white and furnished with white and light wood furniture including couch and various stools and chairs. Portraits made here consistently have the bright feel because it is completely lit by beautiful natural light. There is also a studio wardrobe with dresses for mums and outfits and wraps for babies. The studio can accommodate families of up to 6 people.

oUTDOORS
